In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order upholstery takes 6–8 weeks. You'll get tracking and a two-hour delivery window.
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $99. White-glove delivery with room placement and packaging removal is $149 for large items.
You have 30 days to return anything in original condition. We collect large items for a flat $79 fee. Small items return free.
Absolutely. Order up to 8 swatches free of charge from any product page. They arrive in 2–3 days.
All frames carry a 10-year warranty. Cushions, fabrics and mechanisms are covered for 2 years.
